If you're like me, you wake up with a sweet tooth AND a craving for salt. Breakfast toasts are the easiest route to having it both ways.
Try this toast breakfast!
Two slices of Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Bread (Or bread of your choice)
2 Tablespoons Chia seeds/any seed blend
Assorted Spices (Salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric, cayenne, cumin, etc.)
1-2 Tablespoons Nut butter of choice
Shake of Cinnamon
Toast the two slices. Smash the avocado on one and top with lemon juice, one tablespoon of seeds, and the savory spices. Spread nut butter on the other slice. Top with banana slices, the other table spoon of seeds, and cinnamon.
This can easily be switched up. Try hummus and tomato on the savory slice or coconut yogurt and berries on the sweet one. Let me know what you think!
