One of my favorite midday snacks is fruit but sometimes a single piece of fruit (or 17 clementines if you're like me) just doesn't cut it. Thats when granola or even a handful of your favorite nuts come in. Here is one of my favorite fruit and granola snacks.
1/3 cup granola (I use my moms homemade granola and will post a recipe soon) but I recommend any granola you can find with natural ingredients and a not wildly high sugar content.
1 tbsp chia, hemp, or flax seeds OR a mix of all of these
A few shakes of unsweetened coconut chips or flakes!
1/3-1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or soy or coconut or hemp or flax or whatever floats your boat)
Combine everything in a bowl and enjoy!
